A metal-joining structure () includes: an iron alloy part (); an aluminum alloy part (); and a joining interface layer () provided between the iron alloy part () and the aluminum alloy part (). The joining interface layer () includes: an iron-silicon solid-solution-phase sublayer () in contact with the iron alloy part (); an aluminum-silicon eutectic-phase sublayer () in contact with the aluminum alloy part (); and a silicon sublayer () provided between the iron-silicon solid-solution-phase sublayer () and the aluminum-silicon eutectic-phase sublayer ().
