Provided is an eyeglass frame that includes a hinge with which a reduction in size and a reduction in weight can be achieved, and stable open/close operations can be performed over a prolonged period of time. The eyeglass frame includes a lens holding portion, a temple, and a hingethat enables pivoting of the lens holding portionand the temple a The hingeincludes a terminal portionof the lens holding portion, a terminal portionof the temple, and a coupling portionthat couples the two terminal portions.
