Abstract
A method for manufacturing a three-dimensionally shaped object includes: forming a thin layer of a powder material containing core-shell type resin particles containing a core resin and a shell resin with a storage elastic modulus G' of 1×10Pa or more at a temperature Tcat which the storage elastic modulus G′ of the core resin is 1×10Pa; selectively irradiating the formed thin layer with laser light to form a shaped object layer in which the resin particles contained in the powder material are sintered or fused; and a step of performing the step of forming the thin layer and the step of forming the shaped object layer in this order a plurality of times to laminate the shaped object layer. In the forming of the shaped object layer, a surface temperature of the thin layer is higher than Tc.
