Abstract

The present invention, in an aspect thereof, has an object to enable the user to readily recognize increases and decreases in an electric power demand in a demand response request event. A server () includes a baseline screen generation unit () that generates screen display information for displaying a baseline screen showing: a predicted change with time in an electric power demand in a prescribed period in absence of a demand response request; and a change with time in an electric power demand in a demand response request period in accordance with a demand response request.
