The present disclosure relates to a microorganism of the genusproducing 5'-inosine monophosphate, with an enhanced activity of an IMP export protein; a method for preparing 5′-inosine monophosphate using the same; a composition for producing 5′-inosine monophosphate; and a method for increasing export of 5′-inosine monophosphate.
