Abstract
The invention relates to a wheel monitoring device (D) of the type comprising a housing () formed from a hollow core () containing different components including an electronic board () and a power supply battery () for said board (), said housing () being positioned inside the tire and fixed to the internal portion () of the valve () fitted on the wheel, a polymer material filling in the free volume. The device is remarkable in that the housing () is preformed so as to provide at least two different superposed parallel installation planes (P, P) on which the different components are distributed, said housing () being preformed with a lateral opening to enable the different components to slide laterally into their appropriate installation plane (P, P).
