Abstract
An optical module includes: a filter holding member to which an interference filter having a pair of mirrors facing each other is fixed; a base to which the filter holding member is fixed; and a first fixing member which fixes the filter holding member to the base. In the optical module, k<mω/2 is satisfied, where k is a spring constant of the first fixing member, ω is a frequency of vibration generated in the base, and m is a total mass of the interference filter and the filter holding member.
