Abstract

A communication system is for improving utilization efficiency of radio resources. The communication system includes a base station device and a plurality of terminal devices that communicate with the base station device. The base station device includes a first control unit that assigns radio resources including at least one or more resource blocks to at least one of the plurality of terminal devices. The at least one of the plurality of terminal devices comprises a second control unit that transmits transmission data by using at least some of the radio resources assigned to the at least one of the plurality of terminal devices.
