Abstract
A gate on array (GOA) circuit and a built-in touch display panel are provided. The GOA circuit collects a scan signal from a GOA unit, detects whether the scan signal from the GOA unit is abnormal in order to identify an abnormal GOA unit, and then restores a scan signal from the abnormal GOA unit.
