Abstract

A toner for developing an electrostatic charge image includes a binder resin. In dynamic viscoelasticity measurement, a storage modulus G'of the toner at 50° C. is 2×10Pa or more and 3×10Pa or less, a storage modulus G′of the toner at 100° C. is 1×10Pa or more and 1×10Pa or less, and tan δof the toner in an entire temperature range of 50° C. or more and 100° C. or less is 0.05 or more and 1.5 or less.
