Abstract
A method of producing a graphene film () includes forming a catalyst film () on a support (); forming a graphene film () on the catalyst film (); and electrolytically removing the catalyst film () from the support (). The method may include transferring the graphene film () to a substrate (). A supported graphene film includes a conductive support (); a catalyst film () formed on the conductive support () having a thickness in a range of 1 nm to 10 μm, and a graphene film () formed on the catalyst film ().
