Abstract

A connector () has: a terminal (); a base insulator () having a holding hole (); and a front insulator () having a passage hole (). The terminal () has: a cylindrical section (); a lance () extending from the cylindrical section (); and a stopper () projecting from the cylindrical section (). The terminal () is retained by the holding hole (). A retaining portion () inside the holding hole () is positioned between the lance () of the terminal () and the stopper (). A gap is formed between an inner wall () of the holding hole () and the cylindrical section () of the terminal (). The front insulator () is attached to the base insulator (). The passage hole () is positioned in front of the holding hole (). The passage hole () is smaller than the cylindrical section () of the terminal ().
