Abstract
An organic electroluminescent device having a structure of at least an anode, a light-emitting layer, an electron transporting layerand a cathodelayered in that order, and having a charge trap concentration reducing layerin the interface between the light-emitting layerand the electron transporting layercan suppress performance deterioration with time in driving to prolong the lifetime thereof.
