Abstract
A first data storage unitstores first data that is information related to a data providing unit to provide data. A second data storage unitstores second data that is information related to a data acquiring unit to acquire the data provided from the data providing unit, and including condition information indicating a condition requested by the data acquiring unit to the data providing unit and reference information to be a reference in determination of a combination of the data acquiring unit and the data providing unit. A combination generating unitgenerates a combination of a data acquiring unit and a data providing unit on the basis of the condition information and the first data.
