Abstract

A method of disrupting a bacterial biofilm present on a surface, comprising applying a composition that includes a semi-alkaline protease produced by the fermentation of the fungus(Seaprose) to the bacterial biofilm, wherein application of the composition to the bacterial biofilm disrupts the matrix of the bacterial biofilm.
