A processor can acquire a, N and t, and loss calculation formula, and the loss data to calculate the operating loss dand the total loss D, then store dand D. Total loss Dis compared with the preset threshold value, and an alarming device transmits alarm signal if Dis equal to or greater than the preset threshold value.
