Abstract
A vehicle headlamp () includes: a light source (R,G,B) that emits light having a predetermined wavelength; a light distribution pattern forming optical system (R,G,B) that includes a collimator lens (R,G,B) and a diffraction grating (R,G,B) that change a traveling direction of at least some of pieces of light emitted from the light source (R,G,B), and emits light (L, L, L) having a predetermined light distribution pattern; and a vibration imparting unit (R,G,B) that relatively vibrates the light source (R,G,B) and the diffraction grating (R,G,B).
