Abstract
The radial foil bearing includes: a housing provided with an insertion hole; a back foil disposed on an inner peripheral surface of the insertion hole, a notch being provided at an edge of the hack foil in an axial direction in which the insertion hole extends; and an engagement member attached to the housing in a state of passing through the notch and extending to outside of a formation area of the notch in a circumferential direction of the insertion hole on an inner peripheral side of the back foil.
