Abstract
A first rotator () includes an internal gear () and rotates in conjunction with a crankshaft (). A second rotator () includes an output gear () and rotates in conjunction with a camshaft (). A planetary rotator () includes a planetary gear () that meshes with the internal gear () and the output gear (), and the planetary gear () meshes with the internal gear () and the output gear () to perform planetary motion, thereby changing the relative rotational position between the first rotator () and the second rotator (). An input shaft () causes the planetary rotator () to perform planetary motion. A first bearing () is interposed between the input shaft () and the first rotator (). A planetary bearing () is interposed between the input shaft () and the planetary rotator (), and is included on the same plane orthogonal to the rotation axis (O) as the first bearing ().
