Abstract

To provide a moth-eye transfer mold and a method of manufacturing a moth-eye transfer mold that provide a simple and inexpensive manufacturing process. A moth-eye transfer moldis characterized by including a base, an underlayerformed on the base, and a glassy carbon layerformed on the underlayer, the glassy carbon layerhas an inverted moth-eye structure RM over a surface, and the inverted moth-eye structure RM is randomly arranged cone-shaped pores.
