Abstract

Compounds with anti-viral properties are provided that are based on the following structures: A variety of heteroaromatic groups have been found to be biologically active against the Zika (ZIKV) virus. In some embodiments, a dimeric compound is provided with each monomer linked by a repeating glycol linking group.
