Abstract
A fetus delivery assisting device () for assisting with the birth of a fetus. The device () comprises a shaft (). At one end of the shaft () is a rigid base () to which an inflatable balloon () is mounted. The rigid base () and the inflatable balloon () are configured to accept a fetal head. The inflatable balloon () is configured to displace the fetal head from a pelvic cavity when inflated. The shaft () is configured for manipulating the inflatable balloon () to displace the fetal head from the pelvic cavity.
