Abstract
In various embodiments, a method, apparatus, and computer program product are provided involving, at an electronic device with a display: while displaying a first application on the display, detecting a first input that corresponds to a request to share first content from the first application; in response to detecting the first input, displaying a sharing interface that includes a plurality of options for sharing the first content, wherein the sharing interface includes: a first predefined region for displaying one or more user-first sharing options for sharing content directly with other users; and a second predefined region separate from the first predefined region for displaying protocol-first sharing options for sharing content using a user-selected protocol of a plurality of protocols.
