Abstract

An anti-fogging coating composition comprising (A) a radical-polymerizable monomer having at least three radical-polymerizable carbon-carbon double bonds, (B) a surfactant represented by general formula (1) below and (C) a photopolymerization initiator. In general formula (1) above, Rrepresents an unsubstituted alkyl group having 8 to 30 carbon atoms, a fluorine atom-containing alkyl group having 8 to 30 carbon atoms, or an aryl group having at least one unsubstituted alkyl group having 8 to 30 carbon atoms, Rrepresents a divalent hydrocarbon group having 2 to 4 carbon atoms, and n represents an integer of 1 to 1000.
