Abstract

An isolated antibody, comprising a light-chain CDR1 (L-CDR1) having the sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1, SEQ ID NO: 7, or SEQ ID NO: 14; a light-chain CDR2 (L-CDR2) having the sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2 or SEQ ID NO: 15; a light-chain CDR3 (L-CDR3) having the sequence of SEQ ID NO: 3, SEQ ID NO: 8, SEQ ID NO: 21, or SEQ ID NO: 24; a heavy-chain CDR1 (H-CDR1) having the sequence of SEQ ID NO: 4, SEQ ID NO: 9, SEQ ID NO: 11, SEQ ID NO: 16, or SEQ ID NO: 25; a heavy-chain CDR2 (H-CDR2) having the sequence of SEQ ID NO: 5, SEQ ID NO: 12, SEQ ID NO: 17, SEQ ID NO: 19, SEQ ID NO: 22, or SEQ ID NO: 26; and a heavy-chain CDR3 (H-CDR3) having the sequence of SEQ ID NO: 6, SEQ ID NO: 10, SEQ ID NO: 13, SEQ ID NO: 18, SEQ ID NO: 20, SEQ ID NO: 23, or SEQ ID NO: 27, wherein the antibody specifically binds to Aβor an N-terminal modified form thereof.
