Abstract

Disclosed is the use of a composition including dihydroquercetin and optionally α-tocopherol and/or bisabolol for treating herpes infection. Also disclosed is the use of such a composition for treating inflammation induced by herpes infection in mucosa, as well as a method for treating HSV infection and the associated inflammation.
