Abstract

A user apparatus for use in a mobile communication system that supports Device-to-Device (D2D) communication, including a receiver that receives a resource for D2D communication assigned from a base station in the mobile communication system; a transmitter that transmits a D2D signal to another user apparatus by using the resource for D2D communication assigned from the base station; and a processor that generates a resource release request signal for requesting release of the resource for D2D communication assigned from the base station, wherein the transmitter transmits, to the base station, the resource release request signal for requesting release of the resource for D2D communication assigned from the base station, and wherein the transmitter transmits a resource request signal to the base station as the resource release request signal for requesting release of the resource.
