Abstract

A laser assembly () for generating an assembly output beam () includes a laser subassembly () that emits a plurality of spaced apart first laser beams (A), a plurality of spaced apart second laser beams (B), a transform lens assembly (), a wavelength selective beam combiner (), and a path length adjuster (). The transform lens assembly () collimates and directs the laser beams (A) (B) to spatially overlap at a focal plane of the transform lens assembly (). The path length adjuster () is positioned in a path of the first laser beams (A), the path length adjuster () being adjustable to adjust of a path length the first laser beams (A) relative to the second laser beams (B).
