Abstract
A polyester resin composition is excellent in heat resistance and hydrolysis resistance and results in a small amount of a gel composition and linear oligomers generated during a melt-molding step and a processing step. The polyester resin composition satisfies formulas (I) to (IV):the amount of generated linear oligomers<900 ppm  (I)ΔCOOH/COOH≤2.0  (II)5 ppm≤Mn content≤40 ppm  (III)4 ppm≤Na content≤40 ppm  (IV).
