Abstract
A display panel () equipped with a display region () in which a plurality of switching elements () are positioned, a plurality of supply circuits () which supply a scanning signal the switching elements () and are arranged in a first direction in the periphery of the display region (), a plurality of first signal lines () which supply a prescribed signal to the supply circuits (), extend in the first direction, and are arranged in a second direction which intersects the first direction, and a plurality of second signal lines () which supply the prescribed signal to the supply circuits () and connect the first signal lines () and the supply circuits () to one another, the display panel () being characterized in that some of the second signal lines () have a meandering section () that meanders in the portion thereof that overlaps the connected first signal lines ().
