Abstract

The present invention relates to compounds of Formula (I): wherein Ris as defined herein, or an acceptable salt, solvate, prodrug or hydrate thereof. The compounds of Formula I are inhibitors of metalloenzymes, such as lanosterol demethylase (CYP51).
