Abstract
A ridge filterprovided in a particle therapy system includes a repeating structure bodyhaving a plurality of extending partsextending along the incident direction P of a proton beam, and a bottom plateprovided on the lower faceside opposite to the incident side of the proton beamof the repeating structure body.
