The sensor is configured to sense pressure generated by the breaths and obtain pressure data associated therewith. The controller is configured to receive the pressure data and determine if breaths are exhales or inhales. The controller is further configured to transmit an inhale signal to the light emitters during an inhale to change their status in an inhale lighting predetermined sequence and timing. The controller is also configured to transmit an exhale signal to the lights emitters during an exhale to change their status in an exhale lighting predetermined sequence and timing.
