A fixing structurehas an inwardly-facing seat, a front side seat, and fixing members. The inwardly-facing seatis fixed to a floor portionsuch that passengers PA face in a vehicle transverse direction. The front side seathas a seat cushionon which the passenger PA sits, and a supporting member, and is disposed at the floor portionat a vehicle longitudinal direction front side of the inwardly-facing seat, and rear wheelscan contact the seat cushionin a vehicle longitudinal direction. The supporting membersupports the seat cushionsuch that the seat cushioncan rotate toward the inwardly-facing seat. The fixing membersfix a wheelchairto the floor portionin a state in which the rear wheelsare made to contact the front side seat
