Abstract
A device-to-device (D2D) multi-carrier aggregation-based carrier set selection method and a related device are provided. A base station receives reporting information from a terminal, the reporting information comprising multiple carriers measured as meeting a reporting condition by the terminal; the base station selects, according to resource status of the multiple carriers, a carrier set for CA used for D2D communication of the terminal. The implementations of the disclosure also disclose a related device.
