Abstract
Systems and methods for placing visual content on a virtual surface for customizing a physical product are disclosed. According to certain aspects, an electronic device may, in conjunction with enabling a user to customize a product design, access and identify certain parameters associated with certain page boxes of the electronic document. The electronic device may calculate a set of differences between certain aspect ratios associated with the page boxes, and accordingly modify certain parameters of the page boxes. The resulting page box modifications may mitigate certain errors associated with production of the product.
