Abstract
To improve throughput in a communication environment in which a large number of terminal apparatuses access, a receiver receives information indicating whether a radio resource allocated by a base station apparatus is a grant free access resource or a scheduled access resource, as well as transmission power control information in the scheduled access resource and transmission power control information in the grant free access resource; and a transmitter configured to transmit a transmission signal to the base station apparatus. In a case of communicating by using the scheduled access resource, a transmission power control is performed based on the first transmission power control information to transmit the transmission signal. In a case of communicating by using the grant-free access resource, the transmission power control is performed based on the second transmission power control information to transmit the transmission signal.
