Abstract
An electrode () for use in a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary cell includes: a current-collecting foil (); an electrode mixture layer () that is formed on a portion of the current-collecting foil (); and an oxide film () provided on the current-collecting foil () in at least a region that extends from the boundary () between a forming section () and a non-forming section () of the electrode mixture layer () and over a portion of the non-forming section ().
