Abstract

A triple-phase stainless steel and a method of manufacturing the same are provided. The triple-phase stainless steel includes a ferrite phase formed in a central region, an austenite phase formed in an outermost region comprising a surface, and a martensite phase formed between the ferrite phase and the austenite phase. Thus, a triple-phase stainless steel having excellent corrosion resistance, high strength, and high toughness may be provided.
