An inner surface of the outer peripheral portion () closely contacts the sealing plug (), and plate locks () project into the fitting space (). A moving plate () to be locked by the plate locks () is arranged in the fitting space (). The male housing () includes communication spaces () between the housing body () and the outer peripheral portion () and behind the plate locks ().
