Abstract

The exchanger arrangement () has at least in some sections a cylindrical shape or the shape of a segment thereof or a prismatic shape having a polygonal base or the shape of a segment thereof. The adjacent local exchanger elements (E, E, . . . , E) are flat structures that are either wedge-shaped or sheet-like.
