Abstract
A motor pump includes a shaft rotatable around an axis, a driving section including a rotor core integrally fixed to an outer circumference of the shaft and a stator surrounding an outer circumference of the rotor core, a compression section configured to compress a working fluid, a casing surrounding the shaft, the driving section, and the compression section, a partition radially partitioning an inside of the casing into a first space in which the stator is disposed and a second space in which the rotor core is disposed, a first connection path connecting the first space to a first portion of the compression section, and a second connection path connecting the second space to a second portion of the compression section in which a pressure of the working fluid is higher than that of the first portion.
