Abstract
An applicatorincludes a stemhaving an axially-formed slot delivery passage. A slotis formed transaxially through the stemand is in communication with the slot delivery passage. An extended side wallis formed on one side of the slot. A flat surface, which is formed in the stem, is spaced and extends angularly away from an opposite side of the slotand from the extended side wallto provide for direct and lateral dispensing of a creamonto a tissueof a patient.
