Abstract

After acceptance of a start instruction of voice input, a voice input device determines whether a volume of input sound into a microphone exceeds a specific acceptable upper limit volume (S). Upon determination that the volume of the sound input into the microphone exceeds the acceptable upper limit volume (S: affirmative), the voice input device notifies a request to move the voice input device (S). Upon determination that the volume of the sound input into the microphone is equal to or smaller than the acceptable upper limit volume (S: negative), the voice input device starts inputting voice through the microphone (S).
