Abstract
A camera thumbnail image acquisition unit acquires a first thumbnail image from a camera. A distribution server thumbnail image acquisition unit acquires a second thumbnail image from a distribution server. A thumbnail image selection unit selects one of the first thumbnail image and the second thumbnail image as a thumbnail image that should be displayed. A camera information acquisition unit acquires camera information including streaming execution information indicating whether the camera is streaming. The thumbnail image selection unit refers to the streaming execution information to select the second thumbnail image as the thumbnail image that should be displayed when the camera is streaming and to select the first thumbnail image as the thumbnail image that should be displayed when the camera is not streaming.
