Abstract
According to the present invention, there is provided an air-frying cooker () comprising: a cooking chamber (); a food receiving container () in the cooking chamber () having a permeable bottom wall (); a heater () for heating air in the cooking chamber (); a fan () for circulating a flow of hot air in the cooking chamber () to cook the food; and a system () to maintain a predetermined level (LI) of water in the cooking chamber () during cooking. The predetermined level (LI) is disposed between a base () of the cooking chamber () and the bottom wall () of the food container ().
