Abstract
An absorption layeris formed above a substrate. The transmittance of the absorption layervaries at different locations of the substrate. The absorption layerincludes a first material and a second material that have an absorption coefficient that depends on a wavelength. The extinction coefficient of the absorption layeris equal to or less than 0.5 at a wavelength of 400 nm to 700 nm.
