A fibrous carbon nanostructure dispersion liquid having excellent dispersibility of fibrous carbon nanostructures is provided. A fibrous carbon nanostructure dispersion liquid comprises: fibrous carbon nanostructures with a tap density of 0.024 g/cmor less; and a solvent.
