Abstract
A coating amount is adjusted based on a result of the inspecting step, then the coating amount is not adjusted during a standby period (Wt) which is a time taken to transfer the film from a coating section () to an inspecting section (), and then the coating amount is adjusted based on the result of the inspecting step after the standby period has elapsed. With the configuration, an amount of a coating layer on a film base material is stabilized.
