Abstract

A display control device () comprises an image acquisition component (), an orientation estimation component (), and a controller (). The image acquisition component () acquires an infrared image (G) sensed by infrared array sensors (and) installed in a room. The orientation estimation component () estimates the orientation of a care receiver (P) in a room () on the basis of the infrared image (G) acquired by the image acquisition component (). The controller () controls a display device () so that a dummy image (D), which shows a simplified view of the orientation of the care receiver (P) estimated by the orientation estimation component (), is displayed superimposed over the infrared image (G).
